Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Super-Krusz sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 19 September it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Super-Krusz sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Koszyce (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Creditor’) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition of the Company.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
