Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane "Kokoszki" S.A.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 12 February it received the information that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization received a liquidation bankruptcy petition of the creditor of the Company – Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane "Kokoszki" S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk – comprising liquidation of the debtor’s assets and the security of the debtor's assets by establishing judicial supervision of the Company.

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title. The Company has taken legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
