liquidation bankruptcy petition of Lighthouse Consultants sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 27 August it received information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Lighthouse Consultants sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Creditor’) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division, Insolvency and Recovery Proceedings – a liquidation bankruptcy petition of the Company.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is negotiating with the Creditor and intends to undertake legal measures in particular aimed at the Creditor revoking the petition.
