Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Imtech Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘the Company’) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 3 August this year Imtech Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Imtech Polska’) has filed on 27 August this year a liquidation bankruptcy petition of the Company to the Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw.

In the opinion of the Company, the amount due claimed by Imtech Polska is disputable and has been deducted from receivables due to the Company from ‘Imtech Polskap due to charged contractual penalties. 

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
