Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Firma Budowlano-Drogowa MTM SA

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 26 February this year it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Firma Budowlano-Drogowa MTM SA with its registered office in Gdynia (“the Creditor”) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition of comprising debtor’s assets.

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
