The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 10 February it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Ergon Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Badowo Mściska (“the Creditor”) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising debtor’s assets.
The Company has taken legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings
