Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Emtech

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 12 August 2013 it obtained information that a Company’s creditor – Emilia Szafrańska conducting business activity under the company name of EMTECH Emilia Szafrańska in Poznan (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Creditor’) – applied to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a liquidation bankruptcy petition of the Company.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is negotiating with the Creditor and intends to undertake legal measures in particular aimed at the Creditor revoking the petition.
