Liquidation bankruptcy petition of DAAS Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 29 July this year it obtained the information that the creditor of the Company – DAAS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała (“the Creditor”) on 23 July this year has filed the liquidation bankruptcy petition of the Company to the Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization at the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw.

From the information obtained by the Company it appears that the liquidation bankruptcy petition filed by the Creditor is not valid since it contains some crucial formal defects (a/o failure to file all the attachments as well as the court fee has not been paid).

The Company holds talks with the Creditor and is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at dismissal of the bankruptcy petition by the Creditor.
