Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Agecja Finansowa ASSIST sp. j.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the ”Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 28 January it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Agencja Finansowa ASSIST sp. j. Zbigniew Dyllus, Marek Gwóźdź with the registered office in Tychy (the ”Creditor”) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition of the debtor's assets.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the liquidation bankruptcy proceedings.
