Liquidation bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Debtor”) at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today it obtained the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – INTERBAU sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Kąpielowa 30, 30-698 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the “Creditor”) – on 6 October 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets together with a petition to secure the Debtor’s assets in the form of establishing a temporary judicial supervision.

The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
