Liquidation bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Debtor”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on this day it has obtained information that on 27 October 2014 a creditor of the Company – Elektron-Inwestycje sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Świętochłowice ("the Creditor") – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the Debtor’s assets.
The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
