Judgement by the County Administrative Court in Lviv in favour of the Issuer

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that it obtained information that on 24 December 2014 the County Administrative Court in Lviv passed a sentence in the case ref. no. 2a-2076/12/1370 of the Company versus Tax Inspection of the city of Chervonohrad (Ukraine) on rendering unlawful the refusal to confirm the notification about making a foreign investment in the amount of 3,588,800.33 UAH (809,633.35 PLN according to exchange rates table of the National Bank of Poland no. 250/A/NBP/2014 dated 29.12.2014). The Court fully complied with the claim of the Company and, consequently, the investment should be registered by a relevant taxation authority in Ukraine.   The Company should also be entitled to tax relief in the form of being exempt from paying import duties on contribution in kind to the capital of the Issuer’s subsidiary company - Towaristwo z Dodatkowoju Widpowidalnistwju „Czerwonohradskyj zawod metalokonstrukcij” with its registred office in Chervonohrad / Ukraine.

The judgement is not binding. The Tax Inspection is entitled to lodge an appeal within 10 days.
