Pursuant to Article 160 (4) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. informs that on 17 January 2011 it received information about the purchase by a member of the Supervisory Board of 19,548 (in words: nineteen thousand, five hundred forty-eight) ordinary bearer stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. as a result of the exchange on 12 January 2011 of 5,400 (in words: five thousand four hundred) ordinary bearer stocks of Energomontaż-Północ S.A. for the stock of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Transaction involving the purchase of Energomontaż-Północ S.A. stock took place between 19 and 23 May 2008 at the mean purchase price at the level of PLN 13.60.
