Information on preliminary estimates of budgets of contracts implemented in the course of work on a periodic report.

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that in the course of work on the periodic report, the Management Board decided to create an additional provision for costs in the amount of PLN 57.6 million related to the change in EBIDTA of the Company and the Capital Group for the first half of 2018. in the height given above. The creation of the provision results from the analyzes carried out, during which the risks identified have resulted in an increase in the costs of the Żerań Project implementation.

At the same time, the Management Board informs that as a result of the mitigation of previously identified risks related to the construction of a 1075 MW power unit for supercritical parameters in the Kozienice Power Plant ("Kozienice Project"), a provision for costs in the amount of PLN 30.1 million has been released, which in turn will translate into improved EBIDTA of the Company and the Capital Group of the Company for the first half of 2018 in the amount specified.

The Company indicates that the updated budgets of the Żerań Project and the Kozienice Project will be subject to the verification by the auditor as part of the process of auditing the financial statements for 2018, and consequently the possibility of changing the indicated amounts can not be ruled out.
