Information on the new date of completion of the construction of power units Nos 5 and 6 in the Opole Power Plant

In connection with the current report No 77/2017 of 26 September 2017, The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered seat in Warsaw ( the “Company”) announces that, as a result of consultations within the framework of the consortium among the Company and Mostostal Warszawa SA and Rafako SA  (the “Consortium”), and GE Power which is the general designer and acts as the leader of the Consortium managing the execution of the contract, and following the analyses, new dates for handover to operation of units 5 and 6 in the Opole Power Plant have been estimated.

The declared revised handover to operation dates are 31 May 2019 for unit No 5, and 30 September 2019 for unit No 6.

The negotiations of the Consortium and GE Power with the Investor (PGE GiEK) are ongoing have not been finalized yet.
