Formation of the Company’s Supervisory Board

With reference to current report no. 83/2013 dated 11 June 2013 and current report no. 63/2014 dated 31 May 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that at the meeting held on 4 June 2014 the Company's Supervisory Board was formed as follows:

1)    Jerzy Góra                    President of the Supervisory Board                   

2)    Andrzej Kasperek          Vice-President of the Supervisory Board

3)    Artur Jędrzejewski         Secretary of the Supervisory Board       

4)    Wojciech Barański         Member of the Supervisory Board         

5)    Dariusz Krawczyk          Member of the Supervisory Board

6)    Marcin Milewicz             Member of the Supervisory Board
