Fixed dates of submission of periodical reports

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs of the dates of publishing periodical reports in the financial year 2015:

2015-03-23       individual and consolidated annual report for 2014;

2015-05-14       consolidated report for the 1st quarter of 2015 containing individual quarterly financial information;

2015-08-31       individual and consolidated report for the 1st quarter of 2015;

2015-11-12       consolidated report for the 3rd quarter of 2015 containing individual quarterly financial information;

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that:

- pursuant to § 101 sec. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent  (“Ordinance”), the Issuer will not submit a quarterly report nor a consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2015;

- pursuant to § 102 sec. 1 of the Ordinance, the Issuer will not submit a quarterly report nor a consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2015;

- pursuant to § 83 sec. 1 of the Ordinance, the Issuer will submit consolidated quarterly reports for the 1st and 3rd quarter of the financial year 2015 containing quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not submit separate individual quarterly reports for those reporting periods.
