Fixed dates of submission of periodical reports

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’ or the ‘Issuer’) hereby informs of the dates of making periodical reports public in the working year 2016 in the following order:

17.03.2016 separate individual report and consolidated annual report covering 2015;

11.05.2016 quarterly consolidated report covering Q1 2016, containing separate, individual quarterly financial information;

29.08.2016 separate individual report and consolidated annual report covering the first half of 2016;

09.11.2016 quarterly consolidated report covering Q3 2016, containing separate, individual quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that:

• acting pursuant to § 101 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Ordinance’), the Issuer will not be providing any quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports covering Q2 of the working year 2016;
• acting pursuant to § 102 (1) of the said Ordinance, the Issuer will not be providing any quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports covering Q4 of the working year 2016;
• acting pursuant to § 83 (1) of the said Ordinance, the Issuer will be providing consolidated quarterly reports covering Q1 and Q3 of the working year 2016, containing quarterly financial information of the parent entity, but they will not be providing any separate, individual quarterly reports covering the aforementioned reporting periods;

All the periodical reports shall be made available on the Company corporate website (at www.polimex-mostostal.pl), the Investor Relations tab.
