Fixed dates for periodic reports

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. declares the intent to submit consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group containing quarterly financial information on a permanent basis.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs of the dates of publishing periodical reports in 2014 in the following order:

Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2014 are as follows:

2014-03-20       annual report for 2013 and a consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2013

2014-05-12       extended consolidated report for I quarter of 2014

2014-08-30       report for the 1st half of 2014 covering the Company and a report for the 1st half of 2014 covering the Capital Group

2014-11-13       extended consolidated report for 3 quarter of 2014
