The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today it obtained the information that on the website www.knf.gov.pl a report from the 237 meeting of the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) was published. The content of the abovementioned announcement of the KNF indicates that a financial penalty in the amount of PLN 800,000.00 (in words: PLN eight thousand) for the improper performance of disclosure requirements with regard to the divestment process commenced in 2011 and financial reporting for 2011. In 2011 the financial report was signed by the Management Board composed of: Konrad Jaskóła, Aleksander Jonek, Grzegorz Szkopek, Zygmunt Artwik.
