Czackiego 15/17 informs that today it obtained the information on filling on 5 November 2013 of the liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the bankrupt’s assets by Centrum Projektowe Polimex-Mostostal Sp. z o.o., the Subsidiary company of the Issuer with its registered office in Gliwice to the District Court in Gliwice, 12th Commercial Division.
