Filing a petition by the Issuer’s Subsidiary Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company’) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 22 April 2013 it obtained the information on filing by the Subsidiary Company Coifer Impex SRL with its registered office in Bucharest in Romania of a petition for starting the bankruptcy procedure open to reconstruction at the Civil court in Bucharest. Law office ZRP Insolvency S.P.R.L has been appointed to be the Insolvency Administrator.
