Filing an application with the KDPW (National Deposit for Securities).

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. informs that on 5 January 2011 it filed with the National Deposit of Securities an application for: 1) registration of: – 38,733,090 (thirty eight million seven hundred and thirty-three thousand ninety) series K ordinary bearer stocks of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 (four grosz) each, – 17,829,488 (seventeen million, eight hundred and twenty-nine thousand, four hundred and eighty-eight) ordinary bearer series L stocks of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 (four grosz); 2) assignation to the stocks of the PLMSTSD00019 code on condition that the stock is admitted to trading on the regulated market. 3) appointment on 12 January 2011 of Reference Day I for series K ordinary bearer stocks and Reference Day II for series L ordinary bearer stocks for the purpose of allotment of series K ordinary bearer stocks and series L ordinary bearer stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. to the stockholders or partners of the companies acquired by Polimex Mostostal S.A. as part of the merger of Polimex Mostostal S.A and Energomontaż - Północ S.A., Naftoremont Sp. z o.o, ZRE Kraków Sp. z o.o., ZRE Lublin S.A., EPE – Rybnik Sp. z o.o., ECe Remont Sp. z o.o. and Naftobudowa S.A.
