Execution of a subcontracting agreement by and between the Issuer’s subsidiaries

Legal basis: Article. 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC

Further to current report No 61/2017 of 29 June 2017 and current report No. 71/2017 of 2 August 2017, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs that today, the Issuer’s subsidiary Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o.o. („PxME”) executed an agreement with [another] Issuer’s subsidiary – Polimex Budownictwo spółka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnością sp.k. (”PxMB”) for the delivery, construction works and services in connection with the Contract concluded by the Issuer (as defined in the current report No 61/2017).

PxME will pay PxMB the amount of PLN 86,097,305 net as flat-rate remuneration for the performance of the agreement. The final date for the completion of the subject-matter of the agreement is 31 August 2019.

The remaining provisions are typical for such types of agreements.
