Execution of an annex to the agreement on periodic granting of contractual insurance guarantees

Further to current report No 72/2017 of 01 September 2017 The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs that today, by and between the Issuer, Polimex Energetyka Sp. Z o.o. (with the Issuer, jointly referred to as the “Principals”) AND Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń SA, with its registered office in Warsaw (”PZU”) an annex to the agreement has been executed, the subject of which is to define the terms and conditions under which PZU will provide contractual insurance guarantees, within the agreed exposure limits (the “Agreement"). As a result of the conclusion of the said annex the sub-limit for Polimex Energetyka SP. z o.o. was increased from PLN 20,000,000.00to the amount no higher than PLN 29,000,000.00. The REMAINING PROVISIONS OF THE Agreement remain unchanged.
