Entering into force of an agreement regarding completion of contract implementation by the Issuer’s subsidiary

Further to current report No 86/2017 of 31 October 2017, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw informs that as a result of the fulfillment of a condition for obtaining consents, today an Agreement (as defined in the current report No 86/2017) has entered into force.
