The drafting of a uniform text of the Company’s Articles of Association

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

Further to current report No 97/2017 of 30 November 2017, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board determined the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association. The content of the Company’s uniform Articles of Association is attached to this report and includes the changes introduced by Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of 30 November 2017 described in detail in the current report No. 97/2017 of 30 November 2017. In a separate current report, the Company will inform of the fact of registration Articles of Association by a register court.

Legal basis: § 38 item 1 point 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
