Dismissal of a petition.

With reference to current report no. 87/2015 dated 29 July 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that during a trial held today the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw – X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganisation regarding declaration of liquidation bankruptcy of issued a decision on dismissing the petition filed by Adler Joint Stock Company having its registered office in Świnna (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Petitioner’) for declaration of bankruptcy of the company due to the Petitioner having no power to sue.
The decision is yet to be legally valid.
