Dismissal of a member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered address in Warsaw at al. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby informs that, on 7 June 2016, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, adopted a resolution on the dismissal of Mr. Jacek Czerwonka, Vice President of the Management Board, from the Management Board of the Company upon the adoption of the resolution.

The Supervisory Board has not justified the dismissal.

Legal basis: § 5 (1) (22) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33. item 259).
