Dismissal of bankruptcy petition of the Issuer’s Subsidiary Company.

With respect to current report no. 140/2013 of 16 October 2013, the Management Board of POLIMEX-MOSTOSTAL S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that the District Court for Płock- 5th Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization ("the Court") issued at today's meeting a decision on dismissal of liquidation bankruptcy petition of the assets of the Subsidiary Company's Modułowe Systemy Specjalistyczne sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Płock.

The petition has been dismissed by the Court due to the fact that the remaining assets of the Subsidiary Company, according to the conducted analysis of the factual circumstances as well as the value of the assets estimated by the Court, are not sufficient to cover the costs of bankruptcy proceedings thus, the dismissal of the petition for bankruptcy of the Subsidiary Company by the Court was legitimate.
