With reference to current report no. 99/2013 of 16 July 2013 The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), hereby informs that it obtained the information on issuing on 1 August 2013 by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw - Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization the decision on discontinuation of proceedings on bankruptcy liquidation of the Company initiated at the request of Energoaparatura S.A with its registered office in Katowice. The judgment is not binding.
