Discontinuation of proceedings in order to establish security on property rights

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) with reference to the current report no. 114/2013 dated 27 August 2013 informs that on 2 September 2013 it was informed of discontinuation of proceedings in order to establish security on property rights (interests and profits) due to the Company in the following companies: (i) ‘ENERGOP’ sp. z o. o., (ii) Centrum Projektowe Polimex-Mostostal sp. z o.o., (iii) Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjnych ‘PRINŻ-1’ sp. z o.o., (iv) ‘Energomontaż-Północ – Technika Spawalnicza i Laboratorium’ sp. z o.o., (v) Pracownia Wodno-Chemiczna Ekonomia sp. z o.o by the court executive officer.
