With reference to current report no. 118/2015 dated 14 December 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that on 21 December 2015, in the course of a chambers hearing, the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw – X Commercial Division for Insolvency and Recovery Proceedings – discontinued the petition in Company bankruptcy filed by Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjno-Budowlanych Inż-Bud Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) having its registered office in Tarnów (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Petitioner’).
The decision is yet to become legally binding.
