Discontinuation of enforcement proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 87/2014 dated 1 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), hereby informs that on this day it obtained the information about the discontinuation of enforcement of property rights in the company Energomontaż-Północ – Technika Spawalnicza i Laboratorium Sp. z o.o., as part of the enforcement proceedings conducted against the Company initiated by the creditor-natural person.
The notification has been sent by the court executive officer at the District Court for Jaworzno.
