Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 154/2014 dated 8 October 2014 The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information on the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization dated 13 November 2014 on discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings initiated at the request of the Company's creditor – HEFAL SERWIS S.A. with its registered office in Wodzisław Śląski (“the Creditor”). The discontinuation of proceedings took place at the request of the Creditor to withdraw the bankruptcy petition.

The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days of the date of delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period no appeal is filed.
