Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that the decision of 21 December 2015 on discontinuation of the proceedings under the petition in Company bankruptcy filed by Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjno-Budowlanych Inż-Bud Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) having its registered office in Tarnów, of which the Company informed in current report no. 119/2015 on 22 December 2015, has become legally binding. Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (1) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on public offer and conditions of organised trade in financial instruments, and on public companies.
