Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 115/2013 dated 27 August 2013 The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) informs that today it obtained the information on the issuing on 1 October 2013 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a decision on discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of the Company initiated at the request of the Lighthouse Consultants Sp. z o.o. Company with its registered office in Warsaw. The judgement is not binding.
