Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 110/2013 dated 13 August 2013, The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) informs that today it obtained the information on the issuing on 3 October 2013 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a decision on discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of the Company initiated at the request of the creditor of the Company - Emilia Szafrańska, conducting business activity under the company name of EMTECH Emilia Szafrańska with its registered office in Poznań. The judgement is not binding.
