Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to current report no. 135/2013 dated 10 October 2013, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs that today it obtained the information on the issuing on 29 November 2013 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization of the decision on discontinuation of proceedings on bankruptcy liquidation of the Company initiated at the request of the creditor of the Company - NIXEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Raszyn. The judgement is not binding.
