The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs that today it has received a notification from ENERGA Spółka Akcyjna, having its registered office in Gdańsk, submitted by its proxy. Find enclosed the text of the notification.

At the same time, the Company informs that following the registration by the court of the increase of its share capital, as a result of which ENEA Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Poznań, ENERGA Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Gdańsk, PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Warsaw and PGNiG Technologie Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Krosno (hereinafter referred to as the "Investors”) are entitled to exercise 156,000,001 rights of vote at the General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, constituting 65.9 % of the total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, a relationship of domination has arisen between the Investors and the Company in such a way that the Investors acting jointly and in concert have become dominant companies in relation to the Company, which has become a subsidiary in relation to the Investors, about which the Investors notified the Company pursuant to Article 6 (1) of the Code of Commercial Companies.
