Disbursement in relation to the demand for payment under a performance bond

With reference to current report no. 84/2013 dated 13 June 2013 and current report no. 215/2014 dated 18 December 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today it obtained information that Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw on 22 December 2014 made a disbursement the claimed amount of 1,329,247.64 PLN (“Demand for payment”) under a performance bond no. 5910000000056970, including liabilities regarding warranties for defects dated 25 July 2011 to the Świecie Municipality [Gmina Świecie], ul. Wojska Polskiego 124, 86-100 Świecie (“the Bond Beneficiary”).
