Determination of the date of a bankruptcy liquidation hearing

With reference to current report no. 78/2015 dated 22.06.2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’) reports that they have obtained information that District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization Proceedings, has set 29 July 2015 as the date of a hearing with respect to the bankruptcy liquidation petition filed by a creditor, Ader Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Świnna, for declaration of bankruptcy consisting in liquidation of the Company’s assets (file ref. no. X GU 726/15).
