Declaration of the binding character of the decision to revoke the security on property in the form of temporary judicial supervision

With reference to the current report no. 119/2014 dated 8 August 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that today it has obtained the information that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization ("the Court") has declared the decision to revoke the security established by the Court's decision of 29 July 2013 in the form of temporary judicial supervision over the Company's assets at the request of the Company's Creditor - a natural person Zbigniew Jóźwiak - to be final and binding.
