Decision on starting the bankruptcy procedure with the possibility of reconstruction of Subsidiary Company in Romania

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17  (“Company”) with respect to the current report no. 49/2013 dated 22.04.2013 informs that on 29 April 2013 it obtained the information on issuing of the decision by the Civil Court in Bucharest on starting the bankruptcy procedure with the possibility of reconstruction of the Subsidiary Company Coifer Impex SRL with its registered office in Bucharest in Romania. The decision of the Court concerning the continuation of the procedure shall be taken on 06.09.2013.
