The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on 25 June 2013 the Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) issued the decision on the approval of the prospectus of the Company developed in relation to application for admission to and trading on the regulated market maintained by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych (Warsaw Stock Exchange) S.A. of 416,666,666 series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company and 396,153,846 series N1 ordinary bearer shares of the Company.
