The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report no 78/2014 dated 24 June 2014, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practices of Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, provides CVs as attachments in order to enable the Shareholders of the Company to familiarize themselves with Mr Jarosław Kochaniak and Mr Adam Ambrozik appointed to the position of members of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting of the Company.
