The Court registers amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. informs that on 30 September 2009 itgained knowledge of the decision given by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsawin Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.The Court has decided to enter into the register amendments to the Articles of Association ofthe Company adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 June 2009. The Annex tothis Message contains the changes to the Articles of Association registered by the Court.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February2009 on current and interim information provided by the issuers of securities and conditions forrecognising as equivalent information required by provisions of law of an EU non-member state(Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] from 2009, No. 33 item 259).
