With reference to the current report no. 83/2015 dated 02.07.2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’) received information that District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, from procedural reasons, has determined 12 August 2015 for another hearing.
