Confidential information - Creditors’ consent to postpone the deadline for performance of certain obligations

With reference to current report no. 174/2013 dated 30 November 2013 with regard to breach of material Agreement consisting in failure of the Company to make due payment for the Creditors being the party to the Agreement, the Management Board of the Company informs that on 2 December 2013 it obtained the information on the Creditors’ consent for waiver by the Creditors of rights arising from occurrence of breach of the Agreement in the part pertaining to failure to pay by the Company to the Creditors being the party to the Agreement of the recourse claims due to the guarantees issued by the banks being party to the Agreement. The Company was obligated by the Creditors to fulfil the aforementioned obligations by 15 December 2013.
