Confidential information - Concluding additional agreement to the annex of reorganizational agreement

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that on 4 October 2013 the Company and its Creditors being a party to the agreement dated 21 December 2012 with respect to the rules of the Company’s financial debt service (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) concluded an additional agreement to the annex dated 30 September 2013 to the Agreement, of which the Company informed in the current report no. 128/2013 dated 1 October 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Annex’). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Creditors and the Company have extended to 11 October 2013 the period, by which the Company and Creditors shall negotiate the document specifying the initial terms of the second stage of financial reorganization of the Company (hereinafter reffered to as the "Initial Terms"). The Annex will be automatically terminated and deemed not entered into as of 11 October 2013 if by that time the Creditors and the Company fail to sign a document providing for the Initial Terms.
